ITALIAN FOOD STYLE EDUCATION: NOT ONLY A COOKING SCHOOL
An association established to promote the culture of quality food and improve style in the kitchen, to spread and safeguard the education, up-dating and specialization of the food industry and of the food-service industry. Not only: IFSE was born also to promote the “Made in Italy” food brand all over the world. IFSE is a non-profit association whose aim is to spread the Italian life pholosophy in the kitchen, stressing its healthy  characteristics through the collaboration with qualified nutritionists and agronomists.
IFSE is not only a cooking school, it’s something that goes beyond: it’s the search for products of excellence, their processing, marketing and distribution on home and foreign markets. It fosters the training of chefs wishing to develop the Italian cuisine world-wide, making the use of authentic Italian products a must. The chefs trained by IFSE will be able to recognize and convey the real taste and the unique style of the Italian cuisine.
