Conceived as a multi-function space for cooking demos, meetings, conferences and various events, gives the audience the opportunity to follow on its maxi-screen the performances of the chefs busy in preparing their recipes at their work-station designed by IFSE, with a state-of-the-art oven, blast chiller and several pieces of equipment by Sirman, all enclosed in a crystal box to protect the wooden 17th century floors and ceilings of one of the most beautiful rooms of the castle.
