Set up in one of the most attracting rooms of the castle, it is the dream-kitchen of every chef: the INOXPIU’ experts from Trento (Italy) have worked hard paying the utmost attention to the space and equipment layout, with a 4x2mt. central stove featuring induction hot plates, pasta cookers, drawers for long, low-temperature coking methods, braiser and grills.
Totally made in stainless steel and boasting state-of-the-art equipment, it offers the best of the cooking technology. It also hosts an oven by CONVOTHERM with its numberless cooking opportunities, micro-wave ovens and various utensils by SIRMAN, plus a vacuum-packing machine by ORVED. The ancient wooden ceiling rounds off and frames this one-of-a-kind kitchen. |
