IT IS THE HEART OF THE "WHITE ART" preparations and hosts important pieces of equipment for the preparation of pastry and baked products. A sheeter for puff-pastry, two kneading machines – one by Domino - an oven with the floor made in refractory stone (RINALDI SUPERFORNI) and specific openings for pizza, panettone and pastry products; ice-cream machine (Carpigiani), blast-chiller, vacuum machine by Orved, mixers and micro-wave ovens by Sirman to complete the room equipment. Work tables in stainless steel and marble for any kind of preparation give the students the opportunity to prepare the various kinds of recipes illustrated by IFSE pastry chefs.
