TOTALLY INNOVATIVE, SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED BY THE TECHNICIANS OF S.r.l. - Trento It features 16 individual work stations, each of them equipped with pots, pans and utensils, plus monitors to follow step by step what the instructor is doing. Each student has his/her own space to work with the maximum comfort and efficiency. The Smeg SpA ovens give each student the opportunity to bake/roast his/her own preparations. In this classroom, all students can use a full kit of utensils, among which the knives by the Bufalo leading industry, a whole set of pots and pans, cutting-boards and much more.
